2. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with Kreek, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
Respond promptly to all communications related to your Amazon account or projects.
Ensure that all content and materials shared do not violate third-party rights.
Comply with Amazon’s selling policies, terms of service, and advertising guidelines.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, creatives, and materials developed by Kreek Amazon Agency remain our property until full payment is received.
Once payment is complete, ownership of the created assets may be transferred as outlined in the service agreement.
You grant Kreek permission to use your brand name, logo, and materials solely for executing the agreed-upon services.
4. Payment Terms
Payment details, including fees and schedules, will be defined in the respective service agreement.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services until dues are cleared.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kreek Amazon Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of our services.
While we strive for the best outcomes, specific results cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice, as stated in the contract.
Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation remains in effect even after termination.
8. Updates to Terms
Kreek Amazon Agency reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
